The globe shape is way more engaging than the plain ring we had before, and my baby gnaws on those gentle textures for ages. It wipes clean in one swipe, too, which I appreciate every single time.
My 7-month-old gnaws on this thing for a solid 20 minutes during church, which never happens with anything else. The textures are gentle enough for her sore gums but she still finds the shape interesting enough to keep grabbing at it. Wipes clean in seconds, so I'm not scrubbing anything at 6am.
The round shape is easy for little hands to grab, and the textures seem to keep my daughter interested longer than her other teethers. Only downside is it picks up lint pretty fast, but it rinses clean in a second.
